Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at nighttape.co@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it. Contact us at nighttape.co@gmail.com with a photo and your order number.
